Korean Folk Village part II...

Jonathan with his cousins. The girl in the white coat is the one Jonathan fell in love with. He would look for her and say "Where is the girl that I love?" Syd, you have competition now!!







Just look how cold the weather is here in Korea. It was beautiful to see the mill frozen over, but we are freezing in our Georgia outfits!!!

This horse show was amazing to watch. And yes, this guy is really hanging off the horse to pick up the white bag.

Seeing the traditional homes of Korea was fascinating. It was neat hearing Song's family tell stories how they lived in these type of homes growing up. We are so spoiled in the States with so many materialistic things to clog up our lives.


We finally got to go snow sledding. Song and Jonathan had a wonderful time. I was wearing my boots and ended up falling off both times going down the hill.





The beautiful sunset God painted for us in Korea to end the wonderful day we had at the Korean Folk Village.

    Glad to see that you guys had a wonderful time at the Korean Folk Village. I have been there a few times, but still look forward to going back there for more in different seasons. BTW, that's not a drum, but an old tool to flatten out the blankets and clothes... a stone iron so to speak.
