NVC update...

Good news... The national visa center confirmed reception of our I-600 approval on Jan. 30th! YEAH!!! They said the processing time has been fast and that we should get an update by the end of the week. If they can get the visa approved by the end of the week and send it off to Korea, we're looking good to be ready to travel within 2 weeks! We are very optimistic that we'll be flying to Korea by February 18th assuming we don't hit any delays. It's so much fun to see this list getting smaller!!!
  • NVC processes the Visa for HannahKate and sends a fax or email to US Embassy in Korea (1-4 days).
  • Korean Embassy informs SWS of approval (1-7 days, normally 5 days).
  • SWS takes HannahKate to Embassy to complete visa processing. (1-2 days)
  • SWS informs FCA, who calls us to book our tickets to travel!!!
Of course based on the worst case scenario, if we fly out on the 18th, we'll be in Korea until March 4th.

To all our blogger buddies, Thanks for your prayers and support. And Karolyn, thank you for helping us prepare for the arrival of HannahKate. Love to all!!!!

"And friends are friends forever, if the Lord is the Lord of them. And a friend will not say never, cause the welcome will not end...Cause a lifetime is not too long to live as friends." (I know, cheesey, but I love this song)
