This is one of my favorite songs to listen to. It is one of those hand-raising, voice-praising kind of songs that gets you excited about seeing Jesus. No one knows what Heaven will be like, but all we know is that we are going to have fun when we get there. Being female, I am not sure about you guys, but I day dream a lot and sometimes my imagination gets the best of me. I remember when I was little so many people would ask you what you wanted to be when you grow up. Some kids would have the greatest aspirations about what they wanted to be, but I knew all I wanted to be was a mother. It was one of the greatest times when the day came to hold my child for the very first time, and I knew that because of my love for this child I would never let him go. I often think of the day when I get to hold HannahKate for the first time and wonder am I going to laugh, cry, dance for joy, fall to my knees and be paralyzed from relief... Whatever my reaction, I do know one thing, I will be overcome with excitement just like a child. You know the kind of excitement a child has when they get to go to the beach, one that is full of laughter and joy no matter what they are doing. We may be changing and getting old on the outside, but may our inside only grow three feet tall so that we may always see the world through the eyes of a child. Never forget how to have fun and never forget the excitement that life brings. I can only imagine...
